The name 11:11 is universally known as the wishing moment — that instant when the clock aligns and anything feels possible. When our founders looked for a name for this restaurant, they knew they were building something special: a place where people could come for any craving, at any time, and leave completely satisfied.
Founded in 1958 in Bengaluru, 11:11 was built on a single promise: every dish would honour the deep culinary heritage of South India while being crafted with the precision and passion of a fine kitchen.

Our kitchen runs on two principles: freshness and patience. Chicken is marinated for a minimum of 11 hours. Biryani is sealed in dough and slow-cooked for over 45 minutes. Our filter coffee is brewed fresh in small batches every 20 minutes.
We believe that great food cannot be rushed. The same rice that could be pressure-cooked in 10 minutes takes 40 in our kitchen — because the texture, the aroma, and the satisfaction are entirely different.
